How much water falls on my roof?

The average annual rainfall in the Greater Houston area is 50” per year.  A 2,500 square foot roof has the potential to collect 77,875 gallons of water per year.

Can I drink it?

Yes, you can!  We use a series of filters and then a UV light to disinfect the water.  Rainwater is also naturally soft and won’t leave residue on your plumbing fixtures, shorten the life span of your appliances and leave calcification on your glass shower enclosures. 

Can my HOA prohibit me from installing a rainwater harvesting system?

HOA’s legally cannot prohibit rainwater capture per Texas Property Code Section 202.007.

Are there payment options?

We require a 50% deposit to get your system ordered.  We will then put you into one of our available construction slots and schedule your installation.   The  remaining 50% will be due at  completion.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we do!  We offer financing through GreenSky.

What is Texas PACE Authority?

TX-PACE (Texas Property Assessed Clean Energy) is a financial tool that enables commercial, industrial, agricultural, nonprofit, and multifamily property owners to upgrade facility infrastructure with little or no upfront capital outlay.  Types of eligible improvements are: water conservation, wastewater recovery and reuse, water management systems and controls, irrigation equipment, rainwater collection systems, greywater, ac condensate collection.

What is the warranty period?

We give all of our customers a 1 year workmanship warranty.  Tank warranties range from 1 year to 20 years depending on the type of tank.  Accessories such as pumps, UV lights and other items vary on their timeframe.  Acts of God are not covered under the warranty.
